Justin Meredith

Justin Meredith is an Associate Attorney with Moore Law, LLC in Batesville, Indiana. His practice focuses on criminal defense, representing clients in misdemeanor and felony cases throughout southeastern Indiana. He also assists the firm’s clients with estate administration, guardianships, and civil litigation matters.

Before joining Moore Law, Justin gained experience on both sides of the criminal justice system and at both the state and federal levels. He began his legal career with The Criminal Defense Team of Indianapolis, where he contributed to complex felony defense litigation—including State of Indiana v. Richard Allen (Delphi Murders)—and developed strong skills in research, motion practice, and trial preparation. He later served with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, where he assisted in the prosecution of federal criminal cases and gained valuable insight into how government investigations and trial strategies are developed.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he served as Class President and competed on the Moot Court Team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Secondary Education from Manchester University. Before pursuing his legal career, he taught middle and high school social studies and coached several sports.

He is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts and is pursuing admission to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Outside the office, Justin enjoys attending sports card shows, participating in a weekly running club, and spending time with friends and family.
